Once paid, passes and Startup Street stalls are non-refundable and non-transferable, including if you cannot attend, change your plans, or the speakers or agenda change.
2. If the organisers cancel or postpone the event
If the organisers cancel or postpone Startup Thanjavur 2026, you will receive a full refund, including GST, to the original payment method, within 7 to 10 working days of the announcement. We will email you at the address you registered with.
3. Failed, duplicate or excess payments
If money is debited but your order shows as failed, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank or PayU within 5 to 7 working days.
If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged more than the order total, we refund the extra amount in full to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days once confirmed.
Write to [email protected] with your order ID (it starts with "STJ") if a refund has not arrived in that time.
4. Cancelling your registration
You can ask us to cancel a paid registration by emailing [email protected]; this frees your place but is not refunded, as explained above. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically when the payment link expires.
5. Delivery of passes and invoices
Everything we sell is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped.
As soon as PayU confirms your payment you see your order page, and your pass (with its QR code) and GST invoice are emailed to you, usually within minutes. You can download both again from your order page at any time.
If the email has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then write to [email protected] with your order ID.
6. Who processes refunds
Refunds are processed through PayU by A5 Cyber Nexus Private Limited, which collected the payment, and a GST credit note is issued where required.
